So my girl ordered some kind of seafood pasta dish that she absolutely swears by. I don't eat seafood so I went with meatballs (fire) and a salad (which had a little too much Caesar dressing). But the one thing you have to absolutely try is the tiramisu. Best ever hands down. And I consider myself a tiramisu expert. Do not leave this place without trying this. The restaurant is also beautiful and the staff is friendly.

Had an amazing experience at Sartianos. From the greeting till the very end. Really cool vibes in this restaurant. Moderate noise level. Great experience from the host and the servers. We were celebrating a birthday. Focaccia bread and Caesar salad which tasted amazing! We also got a bottle of wine and had a few questions, they had the sommelier available to help us decide on our wine choice which was great. We tried the lasagna which was different made with white sauce and truffle butter and a spicy lobster bucatini which is a popular dish! Ended with chocolate covered tiramisu and decaf latte. The service was amazing! Great recommendations and very attentive. 10/10 recommend!

One of my absolute favorites was the baked clams! They were exceptional and unlike I've ever tasted. For my entree I chose the lobster pasta. It had the right spice and was delicious. My only gripe is.. i wish they gave more. The restaurant wasn't crowded at all for a Saturday.

This restaurant on a Friday night is def a vibe. It's a very pretty space with the bar and eating area downstairs. My friends and I sat at the bar and ordered a few dirty martinis with caviar. It was really good. The caviar is truffle so it's def different than the caviar I'm used to but it's tasty! The olives are also really good! The bartender we had was also really friendly. We ordered a few food items : the focaccia. It's not focaccia. It's a big fluffy roll shaped loaf of bread cut in half. Comes with a side of butter or cheese, we couldn't figure out what the spread was but It was good. The bread was tasty, but it's def not focaccia. We ordered the Ceaser salad. Everyone said it was good. Honestly it was meh. It has tahini which is kinda weird and makes the flavor a bit chalky. The salad def needed salt or something to bring up the flavor profile. The pasta to share comes with don Angie looking ziti, and a side of meatballs, short rib and sausage. The sauce was good but the overall flavor of the pasta was pretty bland. This was also under seasoned. I will be back because the scene was good and the bartenders were nice but I'm not sure if I would order any of the dishes. They really need to ramp up the flavor.

This review is solely based on one thing - the dirty martini. Came here with a friend for a cocktail and was BLOWN away by the dirty martini I was given. As someone who has had a lot of martinis in her life, this was probably the best one I've ever had. It came with Kalmata olives and a hefty spoonful of caviar that was absolutely delicious. I can't speak on the food since I didn't eat here, but if you want a great dirty, this is your spot. Heads up, it is pricey $$$

Securing a reservation at Sartiano's was no easy feat, but let me tell you - it was absolutely worth the effort! From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Despite the bustling atmosphere, the staff made us feel right at home, setting the stage for what would be an unforgettable dining experience. Let's talk about the food. Every bite was a revelation, starting with the heavenly focaccia bread that set the bar high from the get-go. The Caesar salad was a refreshing and flavorful start to the meal, perfectly balanced with crisp romaine lettuce and tangy dressing. And then came the mains - oh, where do I even begin? Each dish was a masterpiece in its own right, showcasing the culinary expertise of the kitchen. From the perfectly cooked proteins to the innovative flavor combinations, every plate was a symphony of taste and texture that left us craving more. But what truly set Sartianos apart was not just the food, but the entire dining experience. The ambiance was lively yet sophisticated, the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening with friends or loved ones. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met.

It's been nearly six months, and I'm still reminiscing about the meal of a lifetime we had here (located in the heart of SoHo at the Mercer Hotel), where you can expect the finest modern dining experience balanced with the most respectful tribute to Italian heritage We had: 1. Caviar Cannoli (Calvisius Prestige, mascarpone, chive), 2. Octopus (fregola, arugula pesto, roasted eggplant), 3. House-Made Focaccia (taggiasca olive, Sicilian oregano, whipped ricotta), 4. Day Boat Scallops (champagne mango, Granada chile, smoked trout roe), 5. Baked Clams (littleneck, pancetta, oregano), 6. Caprese Salad (burrata, heirloom tomato, roasted pepper, saba), 7. Spaghetti (Italian caviar, sorrento lemon, chive), 8. Cavatelli (heritage pork sausage, broccoli rabe pesto, garlic butter), 9. Bucatini (Maine lobster, roasted tomato, Calabrian chili butter), 10. Lasagna (wild mushroom, black truffle, Parmesan), 11. Vanilla Panna Cotta (strawberry consommé, basil), 12. Chocolate Glazed Tiramisu (chocolate, mascarpone, espresso-Kahlua, vanilla gelato), 13. Bomboloni (dark chocolate, raspberry)

Highly recommend. We came here with friends based on their suggestion. I wasn't too sure what to expect but the menu looked good so we decided to try it. Service: Service was flawless. Everyone was very attentive and gave great suggestions. They also refilled water very quickly. Atmosphere: Such a gorgeous atmosphere. We sat at the corner instead of the main area and we felt like we were having our own private dinner. It's very old world mixed with elegance. A great spot for a fancy date night or a important celebration. Food: We got most of the vegetarian items on the menu and they even made us a vegetarian pasta with red sauce. The food was so good. I don't think I've ever had focaccia bread as delicious as this one. The pasta was perfectly cooked, felt similar to Italy. Desserts were delicious, very decadent. Price: Considering the full experience and portion size, the prices are very reasonable. Not any more expensive than some of the other high end restaurants in NYC.

Food 7/10 Throwback to six years ago when I ate here and it still was Mercer Kitchen. RIP. The focaccia was stellar, definitely a must get. The bucatini was slightly lacking in bounce and had only four pieces of lobster. The salad and meatballs were fine, not necessary though. The affogato was very good and the tiramisu was way too sweet. Atmosphere 9/10 Very vibey dim lighting interior, spacious and bar area also probably good for corporate events. Service 7/10 Solid service, nothing horrible but nothing outstanding.
